Visited this shop to move my phone from Public Mobile to Koodo. Shocked that we were charged 30 dollar for this. My number was moved successfully within 30 minutes. However my wife's number move was not successful. The Koodo staff have to call head office - head office suggest deleting and then re+registering again. Well after an hour it is done and we are all set. Will this 30 dollar fee be reimbursed? Conflicting info on forums and discussion groups. Some say after 3 3 months, the fee will be reimbursed, but other said this is the price to pay if you ask Koodo to do the job. It is free if you do this online yourself, but then how do you get the SIM card? Koodo should publish this matter clearly when offering - not like now when only the offer is stated but not it's extra fee.
