(November 19, 2023, 8:33 pm)I took two days off of work to wait for my package to arrive but it never arrived. It tells me that the driver attempted to deliver my package two days in a roll. He never attempted to deliver my package as our main gate was left wide open and nobody showed up. We have security cameras and they dont lie. Very dissappointed

(August 10, 2020, 3:59 pm)I am not sure why several people (who have posted their reviews over here) are upset about this company. Amazon Canada has utilized the services rendered by this company to ship several packages to me and all of them were delivered within the promised time frame. This courier company sends me emails notifying the approximate delivery time and soon after the delivery has been made, they send me another email highlighting the proof of delivery. What more can I ask for, from a courier company? Keep up the good service!

(July 30, 2020, 9:26 pm)These guys are very reliable and communicate well. On the day my parcel was dispatched I received an email that included an eta, time window, and delivery driver’s name. As soon as it was delivered I got another update that included a picture of my package near my front door, which I really appreciate. I feel bad for those who have had bad experiences with this company but Ive never had a problem with them! Thank you guys, your hard work is very much appreciated.
