Right from when I first walked in the door, Susan front desk was very knowledgable and answered all my questions and concerns, and to my therapist Rijanni who understood all of my issues with sleeping, and did not make me feel alone in this at all!!! Cant say enough thank you's to these ladies and to this company for giving me my time to trial to find the right fit and device that was most suitable for me, and still the care continues afterwards. Thanks with all my heart.

(April 25, 2018, 9:58 pm)I have had really great experiences and service from the ladies at this CanSleep location. My respiratory therapist, Rajanni, was extremely knowledgeable about sleep apnea and the equipment used to treat it, and I felt that she also was a very good listener who took my questions and concerns seriously. She also dealt with the ministry that is responsible for my medical coverage, and I found that to be extremely valuable as I didn't have to deal with them at all! She took care of everything, and reassured me that she would be there for me should any issues arrive with the CPAP machine I did eventually get. As for the front desk staff, Elysha was always very polite and professional, and I loved that CanSleep sent email reminders for all my appointments and were flexible when I needed to make any changes to appointments I made. I would definitely recommend CanSleep to anyone in need of a respiratory therapist and/or in need of sleep apnea treatment. They also sell a lot of the accessories one might want or need for their CPAP machine, so I plan on going there for all my needs in the future.
