I found her to be extremely approachable, empathic and knowledgeable. She is excellent at asking questions that help lead a productive conversation, and has offered me insights I still use in my day to day life/experiences.
I highly recommend Liz to anyone who is looking for a counsellor that puts an emphasis on trust and the true feeling of “being heard”.
