He always got back to me quickly. Also, Matt Dickinson did a great job installing. I am so happy with my new vinyl plank floor, what a difference! I would highly recommend Word of Mouth to anyone who is looking for flooring. Awesome company to work with!!

These guys are awesome. Straight out of the gate they hooked me up with samples since I’m out of province (full disclosure I paid to ship them which I thought was fair). But that allowed my wife and I to choose the colour and quality we wanted without second guessing.
Spec for spec best value. Highly recommend this company. Easy to work with and accommodating. I guarantee they’ve got flooring for your needs!

James was so accommodating professional and reliable I couldn’t imagine going through this purchase without him! Will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know looking for flooring thanks so much James!! Also Dave the delivery driver was amazing quick and unloaded everything for us!! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!!!
