Jerry helped me find the perfect sectional, overall I love the sectional it is very comfy, has soft yet durable fabric and has a very modern look. Jerry even loaded up my truck for me! Highly recommend Vancouver Sofa and Patio.

The level of customer service I received was incredible. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Harry, Kathy and Jerry. There was no sales pressure; they listened to what I was looking for and showed me suitable options. The service I received after the purchases were made was just as excellent, and they were happy to answer questions and switch out one of the items at no cost to me. There was a great selection of furniture to choose from, and the quality is superb compared with other furniture that I had been looking at in the weeks prior. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will be enjoying it for years to come. -

The guy knew who I was by name and the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. The store has a lot of really nice looking outdoor furniture and I will definitely go back again.
Follow-up: I picked up the fabric awning and the installation was simple and I was guided through what to do. They followed up via text the next week to see how things were going with the product which was very surprising and welcomed. Highly recommend them
