(March 15, 2021, 7:21 pm)The tall European guy (sorry I didn't catch his name) just came to fix a flat tire for me. I was told he would arrive in approximately an hour. He surprised me and came in 13 minutes. He was really friendly, helpful and extremely professional. I couldn't thank him enough. If everyone at Tonks is like this, I will definitely use Tonks towing in the future as well as recommend Tonks to all my family and friends. Thanks again :)

(January 30, 2021, 4:52 am)Super efficient, kind, professional and Covid prepared. Blew a tire and my roadside assistance plan called Tonk’s. I had never heard of them but was pleasantly surprised by how fast they arrived and how promptly they got the flat off and the spare on. Thanks Jordan!

Jared was very professional and polite and was very knowledgeable and skillful in his trade. I was very comfortable with him assisting me as he followed all Covid-19 precautions, wore a mask and kept his distance. This was a very pleasant and professional experience. 5 star service. I would recommend this company and their technicians to others.

(July 31, 2020, 5:10 am)It was so easy to get assistance and my tire changed when I became stranded today with a flat. The driver arrived early and was extremely friendly and personable. He got the job done so quickly and then helped me figure out where I could easily get my flat tire patched. I would highly recommend this company. I hope I never need to call a tow truck again but if I do, I know know what company I will call.
