(March 17, 2022, 3:52 am)They say book online and do not waste time. guess what?! Stay in line first to sign in on IPad then stay in line to cashier to check in as well, so why make online reservation then. Okay there was two people working at cashier station and two computer but for some reason one person just watching other person working and time to time they switch and still when you get in you need to wait for your turn. Other things were pretty nice.

(March 13, 2022, 6:06 am)We have been taking our son here for some time and he loves it. Recently had his 11th birthday, and he asked to celebrate it here. Some of his friends had never raced go karts before, but they all loved it! Staff was quite friendly and helpful with us as we were setting the room up. On our way back home, my kid said this was his best birthday ever. Thank you to all the staff at the Richmond BC location for your help in making it such a memorable experience. Totally recommend it.

(December 12, 2021, 5:01 am)So much fun! My kid loved it, and adults can also race. They’re electric go-kart, therefore not too noisy nor polluting/smelly.
Great staff and service, will definitely be back!
