(July 10, 2020, 5:34 pm)The house inspection is very professional, conscientious and careful, and clearly explains various existing problems, especially the mutual translation of the Chinese and English names of the various parts and equipment of the house, and the cultural characteristics of Chinese and Western cultures.
(June 15, 2020, 8:28 am)I hired Brian to conduct a home inspection for me lately, he did a great job by identifying house deficiencies, offering recommendations for repair or improvement, also he explained to me on the spot for any area that needed attention and provided me with a very thorough report outlining all the details of the inspection. Brian is a highly knowledgeable, professional and responsible home inspector, I appreciate his hard work and definitely will recommend his services.
