He was very thorough and gave us instructions on how to maintain the door lubricated and working well. We are very happy with his service and will definitely use Express Door Repair again.

Roy came within a couple hours and instantly figured out what the issue was. He explained very clearly what was the issue and replaced the parts that needed to be replaced. Extremely polite and nice guy. Thanks Roy!
Calling in was also very easy and quick. The receptionist on the other end was very nice and quick with her responses. Express Door Repair knows what they're doing! -
