Their professional team showed up at our house in Canada and carefully packed all of our art work, antiques and personal effects. Boxes were packed extremely well and labeled and numbered for our move to Mexico from Canada. Once we received all our proper documents for Mexico our furniture was delivered exactly when they stated they would deliver. All boxes arrived and there was no damage or loss. The team on this end unpacked everything, moved things to the proper places in our 3 level home and took away all packing materials and boxes. It was way to easy. I would not hesitate to recommend IMS to any of my friends or business associates. They made a stressful situation so easy to deal with from the initial quote to the final unpacking, great team, great people. Thanks again.

Khalifa was great - always quick to respond to emails and to explain things that were unclear to me. My things got packed extremely well and the container was shipped fast.
