(March 10, 2022, 5:10 pm)Love our two new fireplaces! Working with Kimberly was great. She was very patient with us going back and forth. The fireplace turned out lovely. Their two installer Jesse and Owen were here for a couple days installing and they made the experience even better. They know what they are doing, very efficient, cleaned up their mess every time they left. All around just really nice guys!!!

Amazing sales staff 5 stars for them.
The install manual and videos leave a lot to be desired. They show the general idea but definately not a step by step and the images in the manual could be more detailed. Make better how to videos and I'll 5 star you guys all day.
I've used this product a few times and always show my clients the fireplaces that have Dreamcast products. By far the best mantels in the country. -

(December 3, 2021, 11:59 pm)I purchased a Zen 36 Firebowl. From the start, the company provides fantastic customer service and communication. The product was shipped inter-provincially and came expertly packaged. High quality product made in Canada and I have no reservations that it will withstand our winters well.
A few months after I received the product, I got a follow up email and phone call regarding my product. Although the product does come with clear installation instructions, in some instances, I believe individuals had installed it incorrectly, leading to an issue with the concrete bowl (through no fault of the product design, merely an installation error). They company's thoroughness in following up with me as someone who had bought that product to ensure correct installation and satisfaction went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this product.
