Recently ordered towels from Hospitality Emporium for the first time. After placing my order, customer service contacted me directly to inform me the amount of towels I ordered were not available. Offered to either replace with a different product or refund a portion of my purchase. I chose the refund and it came almost immediately!
They were so helpful and my towels were delivered before the expected delivery date and are fabulous quality!
