As a contractor and customer of a decade, I have to say that this supplier gets worse and more unfriendly every time I go in here. The inventory is unsatisfactory, the service is downright awful. Everything I order that they say takes a week takes 2-3 weeks.
Any other entrepreneurs out there, Richmond desperately needs another welding supplier.
Use online mail order whenever possible. Is MUCH faster and cheaper.
UPDATE: there are ALL new counter people. Happy ones who appear to be interested in doing their job. Maybe this is the turning point?
