During the cold snap we are experiencing, our furnace stopped pushing out heat. I reached out to Sam through his website and had a response within a few hours. Sam booked a time to come by my home, did a very thorough job of diagnosing the issue. He had to order the part and pick it up but he came back later that same afternoon and installed the part.

Throughout it all, Sam was very professional and offered some solid advice. Plus his rates were very reasonable.

My family once again has heat, can't thank Sam enough!

I was having problems with my natural gas fireplace and called the original company that installed to fix it.They sent a technician out and after 15 minutes was told the chimney was clogged and I would need to have someone climb up on the roof and try to fix unclog it .He took my $200 + and left . Our strata mgr. recommended a second opinion and gave me the name (Sam) of Triple One Fireplace .Sam arrived and within a couple hours had my fireplace fixed and charged me less than the previous guy . He recommended I replace the fireplace within a couple years as it was over 20 years old. So with the pandemic here we asked him if it was a good time to replace it and he said - yes . We were given a few to choose from and within a couple weeks the old one was removed and the new one installed ! We were really impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and couldn’t be happier with our new fireplace! Thanks Sam !

Sam is awesome. Friendly and punctual, and an overall nice person.

He serviced my fireplace back in February, and replaced a faulty part. He was done in less than an hour, and the best part.........the cost of the service and part was less than what I was charged 10 years before from another company.

He came out again today on short notice as I had another problem with the fireplace, and since I have sold my suite, I needed to get it working again. Sam had thought from my description of the problem, that the gas valve may need changing since it was 24 years old.

Turns out, it was a loose wire so nothing had to be replaced. He was there for only 5 minutes, but he was not going to charge me anything for being a loyal customer, but I insisted on paying him at least part of the call out fee which I felt was only fair.

Keep up the good work Sam. I would recommend you anytime.

Less than a year ago, December 2018, our furnace stopped functioning in the midst of a cold two weeks. For years, I had used the services of a local technician and never worried about our heating system.

Unfortunately, the technician had retired two years ago.

The first two years I tried two large heating services in the area. Both were superficial at best in preparing the furnace for a winter. One enlightened me as to the cost of installing a new furnace under the current bylaws.

When the furnace would not function, I looked to my retired technician who suggested I contact Sam of 111Heating Services. Sam was at the house on day one. Our first option was to look at fixing the old furnace. It became clear that option one was not in our best interest. Option next was replacing the malfunctioning furnace.

A discussion or two with Sam had us selecting an appropriate new model. From this point, Sam and his crew installed our new appliance and within days we were enjoying the heat of a functioning furnace.

In the Spring, we had 111 Heating Services install a new fireplace. Again, the support in selecting the unit was always a phone call away. Today, we do not worry about heating and if we require an annual heating inspection, Sam is a call away.

I highly recommend 111 Heating Services and Sam and his crew.
