(March 3, 2021, 12:09 am)Summit Labels has been extremely professional & reliable with customer service second to none. I'd highly recommend them for any high-quality labels you need to be printed. Their recent back-end label management system has sped up our ordering process and put us in the driver's seat to completely customize our large orders. It's super quick and makes ordering much easier without the need for lengthy email chains and the guesswork of which label template will be printed. Any discrepancies (usually due to my human error) have been quickly addressed with their prompt customer service. It's been a fantastic addition to Summit Labels and I'll continue to use and enjoy this great value-based system.

(August 14, 2020, 7:47 pm)I contacted Summit Labels as a small company looking to refresh our brand and improve the quality of our labels. I had little knowledge in the world of label design but the guys at Summit guided me through my experience with them.
I was sent a sample pack of labels on the very same day I got in touch, and over the phone (because of the current pandemic) was talked to about all the different types of labels. Once I had made up my mind on finishes Summit were able to put together a quote in order for me to move forward with the printing.
