David clearly explained the time & scope the job required after understanding our needs on the phone. David called prior to his arrival. The moment we met him we knew we were in good hands. He did exactly what we expected and got our fireplace cleaned and working beautifully again. Then he took the time to answer our questions and gave tips to maintain the fireplace. We appreciate his professionalism and experience. Highly recommended!

We had to look for second opinion after being quoted over $2000 in repairs by another company. David arrived on time, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He made some recommendations and gave us options. Booking both initial and follow up repair appointment was very easy. We appreciate his honesty, professionalism and very fair pricing. He saved us over $1500!
