We touched base on and off over the years and when I finally found the right house for me and my daughter in 2019, told him that we liked the property and we want to buy it. He took care of the rest, referred me to a Broker and we closed the deal with less than the listed price in 24 hours. It has been a pleasure to work with an excellent, dedicated, knowledgable, competent and confident realtor. Open to extending his full service, able to answer all my questions as a first time home buyer, he values my ideas and never puts pressure on me, Knows the in and out of real estate. So if you're looking for realtor, I would highly recommend Mr. Huyhn so you can have the house of your dreams.

(December 9, 2021, 8:46 pm)Kai went way above and beyond his job description to help me secure my property on a lake up north, it was the mortgage from hell, the bank tried backing out of my financing, but Kai helped me find a good lawyer and the bank had to finance me, I needed various inspections , this was not Kai's job, but he stepped up and made all arrangements and we got all inspections done on time. Kai spent many many hours helping me get this property because he knew I really wanted it, he is knowledgeable, respectful and really went the extra mile for me. Thanks a ton Kai

He is good at listening to what the client wants and acting on behalf of the client without letting his own opinions/biases affect his actions. I would definitely recommend Kai to anyone that requires assistance with a real estate transaction.
