We arrived at the automaker for a change of vehicle that was very important for us, since we were having problems with our old vehicle bought elsewhere and we were already very suspicious about it.
Gustavo was recommended to us, since our language (Spanish) made it impossible for us to communicate 100% of all our concerns and mistrust.
I can tell you that Gustavo exceeded all our expectations. It solved a number of doubts and problems that arose in the process of change. Kind, concerned, 100% committed to us, so that we receive the best care and the best quality. He gave us all the confidence and security that one wishes in such an important process as acquiring a vehicle.

He was very knowledgeable on the inventory and helpful throughout the process. He also helped me set up the car and walked me through all the features since this was my first Tesla.

We also had the work done by Andrew in the shop. He explained everything about what happened and how to keep it from happening in the future.
Very good at what they do. Definitely recommend them.
