(August 13, 2020, 7:18 pm)I am so happy with my custom closets for my bedroom. The installer was so friendly, took his time to ensure it was just right and also consulted me with any concerns. There are a couple of concerns that I need to adjust now that I have hung up my clothes. Overall, I am pleased with the outcome.

(August 7, 2020, 2:27 pm)With the pandemic, we needed to update our desk and second bedroom furniture into a more usable space for an office. After searching for furniture, we decided that going with a custom install was the only option to get exactly what we wanted. The team was good to work with, despite having to do most of it over the phone due to COVID, but when it came time to finalize the design, the Closets by Design team came out to take a final look and confirm measurements. Our design had some really specific requirements and the final product was exactly what we needed. The installation team was amazing, overcoming several challenges and doing an impromptu modification to make the final design really work in the room. Overall great service and product.

(July 14, 2020, 5:12 pm)Everyone I dealt with was friendly. They booked my design and install quickly which was great. The price was around what I would expect for shelving units and install.
The negative part was the design included a large shelving unit that blocked 20 inches of another 30 inch wide unit. You would have to reach in to put items in and out of the unit. While I have to take responsibility for signing off on the design, the fact that one unit was obscuring part of another wasn't really clear to me from the paper drawings.
But, Closets by Design were very accommodating and worked to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. And, I really appreciate that about a company. They worked with me to make sure I was happy with their product and service. Not all companies would do that. -

(May 6, 2020, 4:11 pm)I love the product and am very glad we went with them. Designer was very nice and helped to make the design just right and fit the budget. Installers are great and very efficient. Only issue was some communication with how final payments were to be received, a bit more communication in advance of finish would have elevated some aggravation for both sides.
