Great experience - Thank you Jamie! #1 He showed up. #2 He showed up on time. #3 He successfully replaced a part on my Navien and did the annual service. He was very professional and had a lot of great insight. I will definitely use his services again.

Thank you Jamie for excellent service installing my kitchen sink! The handle broke off and he tried to find the replacement part but it was a knock-off brand so he recommended an American standard which should have replacement parts if this happens again in the future. We had a problem at our new seasonal property with septic lines. With only one bathroom it was urgent. Jamie came right away and worked on fixing the problem. He returned the following week to do some more investigating. Turned out we had lines to septic that had separated and sunk into the ground. Jamie was able to do the repair. We also had him install an outdoor shower. Work was well done and prices were within the range. He has returned to lower mainland where we live full time. We will definitely use him again.
