Serenne has helped my partner and I tremendously. She is warm and open which makes the sessions comfortable, but she has also provided us with insight that has transformed our relationship. I love the approach that Serenne takes - she is acutely aware of the relational nuances between us and has helped us to become aware of them as well. Since seeing Serenne, I have developed a deep sense of care and empathy for my partner that has allowed us to become closer and more secure in our connection.
Serenne was exactly the guide and teacher I needed at the moment I met her. I was so comfortable around her. She's amazing and helped me see a lot of things that I couldn't see myself. I actually miss her sometimes.
Where would I be without Serenne? Probably anxious and feeling trapped in the state of affairs of which my life had evolved to.
Working with Serenne has been an uplifting and constructive process. Her experience, knowledge, and ultimately her compassion make her an ideal therapist. She makes you feel comfortable and supported as you work together. Since starting work with her in 2017 - I have learned to cope with daily anxieties caused by trauma and am capable to soothe myself should a panic attack occur. My discoveries about my trauma and the re-evaluation of my life entirely have led me to make many positive changes to my daily structure. I know that I wouldn’t be even close to where I am in my recovery if it was not for the support and guidance from Serenne.
