It's my first time even rent a storage so everything was new to me. Viera was super patient and informational. She answered all questions in detail and provided helpful suggestions.
The place is also very secure and convenient.
I would recommend this place to people if you need a storage. -

(May 17, 2020, 1:58 am)Absolutely best storage facility on the North Shore and in the lower mainland, I have been quite the storage junkie having storage places in downtown Vancouver, Yaletown, Burnaby and a couple in North Van and West Van, I love it here, Reo and Vera are my favourites, and night time security, Joseph! they are so accommodating, friendly and will go the extra mile for you, I never really rate places, I think it's a waste of time but Self Storage Depot on W 1st is definitely one that is worth eating. AMAZING ! I am going to be so sad to leave when I move away outside of the province in the next few months.. I live in Mission currently and kept my storage here for a good reason! Will miss you guys when I leave! All the best!
