(April 18, 2021, 6:22 am)Always top notch food and service. Delivery during the day and late night is great, less than 30 minutes. Dinner is usually around 40 minutes. Friday night delivery driver is always so friendly and smiley.

(March 30, 2021, 4:27 pm)Update: the pizza arrived a bit later. The delivery person explained that a technical issue caused them to receive online orders late. The pizza was delicious, fresh and hot. The guaranteed delivery was honored. Changing my rating back to five stars. Great customer obsession, great pizza.
I ordered two pizzas online around 90 minutes ago with guaranteed 50 minutes delivery. I got charged and received the confirmation email, but the pizza doesn't seem to arrive. We had plans for the afternoon and now everything is being pushed back. I'm hanging on the phone for the last ten minutes listening to music and nobody picks it up. Very unreliable. -

(March 11, 2021, 12:25 am)The staff are hands down the nicest staff in any food service establishment I've been to. They have a huge variety of alternative crusts, I always go for the cauliflower and ask for it to be handled gluten free because of my allergies, but my partner enjoys the keto crust because of her diet. Honestly, we enjoy the food, but we come back time and time again because of the people that work there. Keep up the great work guys!

(December 21, 2020, 10:02 am)Let's just say... That I actually have a pizza pizza location near my home in east van. Actually there are a few locations way closer than North Vancouver.
I stumbled across this location while shopping and craving for pizza, and thank god I did. Their pizza just seemed different and far better than the others... I think it must be the way they prepare their dough? I'm questioning this because all franchises should be the same right? When I was there I did get to meet their friendly staff and I believe that Kim and James are the owners. We didn't feel rushed and in fact they would be patient while walking me through their ordering process. Felt a little bad because I took my sweet @$$ time creating my own pizza while I hear their printers going off and delivers getting picked up....it was busy!
All in all I would really recommend this location, you will not be disappointed. Yes.... You're welcome!
