Autumn is not only an empathetic listener and an excellent guide, she is able to decipher exactly what to say so you can figure out the solution yourself. She has the uncanny ability to read you and understand what you mean even before you understand it yourself. She is intuitive, which is so helpful in a coach.
She cares a lot and can relate because she has been through similar experiences. She also took urgent calls, which helped me tremendously. After a few months, I felt confident to tackle the issues myself without her and I think that's what makes an effective coach. She helps you grow wings so you can fly yourself.
I can't recommend her enough! -
