Being a student, I am always stressed with assignments and projects and just being in Balanced Bodies comfy studio really helps me relax. Laura is a talented masseuse and just generally a very kind soul to be around. I would recommend the Swedish Massage and the Reflexology. 10/10

(February 3, 2021, 6:23 am)Balanced Bodies is a studio filled with positive energy and relaxation. As soon as you walk into the room you feel a weight lifted off your shoulders. I recommend the Swedish massage with a 10 min head massage afterwards, one of the best things ever! I also recommend going at night so you can crawl into bed right after and have an amazing sleep!! As a student I find balanced bodies to be affordable & so worth every penny. Thanks Laura for having such a great studio right here in north van.

Such a cute little studio and spa like atmosphere. Very professional! I’m looking forward to my next visit! Thank you 🙏🏻

It was a little difficult to find, but I called the business and they were able to help me navigate my way! I received the 90 minute swedish massage from Laura and I will definitely be coming back. I've never felt so relaxed after a massage and she really made sure that all my needs were met during my massage.
