S.M.D. Carpentry

We had S.M.D. Carpentry frame our remodel . And we are so happy we did . Sean and his crew completely crushed it! Quality was above and beyond . His speed was just as impressive. Renovations are very overwhelming. Having Sean and his crew made it a much better experience. His honesty and professionalism are breath of fresh air in an industry that isn’t exactly known for either! We were lucky to have found him. We have and will continue to recommend S.M.D. Carpenters to anyone . You can’t do any better .

Sean is now "the guy I know". He brought Nolan with him and my countertop went in beautifully. Give these guys a call.

We had some exterior woodwork home maintenance to take care of. Most carpenter were too busy to take this small job. Ultimately
SMD Carpentry agreed to help us and they did a wonderful job even in the rain. They did more work without charging extra. They also made some suggestions with some photos for prevention. I strongly recommend S.M.D Carpentry. A very responsible team, honest, on time, clean and very reasonable.
February 2021 we had to use SMD Carpentry for some work on the roof a 4 stories high building and no problem they did excellent work. I will not hesitate to recommended them for small or big project.

We have nothing but good things to say about Sean and his team! This is their second time working on our place where we had to get cement work and exterior staircase work done. Sean and his team did a fantastic job, keeping us up to date, giving us great suggestions to improve what we were looking for and Sean is very thorough with his work. Even when we came across some unexpected issues, Sean was able to problem solve and worked with us to ensure that it got fixed properly. We highly recommend Sean and we will definitely work with him again.

We hired S.M.D Carpentry to build a temporary wall with a barn door in our older home. We want to be able to take the wall out in a few years without damaging the original wood flooring in our home. I had high expectations to begin with, but Sean far and above exceeded my expectations beyond what I could have imagined. The care, detail and thought he put into the wall is incredible. I am absolutely blown away by the level of craftmanship. This included making a custom cut to frame around our crown mounding and going above an beyond to protect our floor. Sean and his team were on time, worked in the time frame quoted and were incredibly professional. This was during Covid and they were safe and wore masks at all time. I would absolutely use S.M.D. again and will recommend them to everyone we know.
