(December 22, 2020, 9:38 am)I had a bunch of work done through these guys recently and was blown away at how well they all worked together. So skilled. They know exactly what they are doing and their attention to detail is unbelievable. They constantly asked how I was doing during the procedure... making it very obvious they were aware there was a human at the end of the drill. I love you guys very much. Thank you all so much for your dedication to your practice. Whoever does the hiring here knows what's up.

I hate going to the dentist but thanks Dr. Kim and everyone that has helped me, I've never felt so welcomed and taken care of before. BIG SHOUT OUT to front desk staff, especially ISSY! The customer service has been phenomenal as THAT is the most important thing in any business.
I had to get four crowns done that took nearly 2 months, which required multiple visits 1-2 times a week. And my partner got all four wisdom teeth removed which went smoother than expected. Both of us agree that everyone there made the entire process absolutely painless... well the recovery was the painful part but not my experience with New Westminster Sedation & General Dentistry.
Highly recommended!!! :) -

(November 29, 2020, 3:24 am)The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Social distancing was easy to do and health guidelines were great! They give you lots of reminders before your appointment and were super quick to get me in and out! Dentist I had was great and easy to talk to. Definitely would recommend!

(July 24, 2020, 4:43 am)Dr Lee is always such a kind face to see, he removed my wisdom teeth last year and he treated me with the best care and did an amazing job explaining everything to me prior to the procedure. Even for a simple check up now he makes me feel so warm and welcome and safe!!! The front desk staff always are very easy to talk with, and never fail to greet me with a smile. I have always felt anxiety at dental offices but here I am much at ease. I definitely recommend Dr Lee to anyone seeking a new dentist!!!!
