(November 10, 2019, 6:48 pm)Dr. Chi is very nice, I'm really happy with her. But the overall clinic isn't that great. The receptionists were rather absent-minded. Even though I was scheduled an eye exam for a specific time, I had to wait for it, and then instead of one hour, I spent 2 hours at the clinic. They don't value they customers time.

(October 8, 2019, 7:01 pm)My first eye exam here was a fantastic experience. It's a really nice clinic inside and they have lots of updated, stylish frames. Dr. Chi is so friendly and easy to talk to, provides lots of info freely as she's going through the process, and has a great sense of humor. The two ladies at the front desk are helpful (although could be a lot more friendly when you first come in the door..) and Yema (spelling?) gave me a smoking deal on a pair of gorgeous Tom Ford frames. Very happy!

(February 12, 2019, 8:24 pm)Dr Jennie Chi has provided my eye care service for the past five years. Her eye examinations are comprehensive. She clearly explains any vision issues and very willingly answers my many questions. Her staff is welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Chi.

(October 7, 2018, 2:12 am)This place is amazing and very helpful staff and Dr was really nice and explained everything. And she where checking every aspect of the problem and never been a hurry mode. Highly recommended place for your eye checkup and lens.
