The culture and community that they’ve created here is pretty special and I feel honoured to call this place my 2nd home. The coaches are knowledgeable and are always pushing you to be the best version of yourself. The box is always clean and maintained. Class times offered are varied and flexible to fit everyone’s needs! Come give it a try. You will definitely not be disappointed!

I've been doing Crossfit for jus over 4 years and have been lucky enough to visit a few different gyms across the country when I travelled for work. This place was just amazing! Coaches were engaged, informed and very welcoming! They know what they are doing, and care a great deal about their community and are passionate about making sure you have a great experience and are being safe and getting healthy. The facility itself is very well laid out, clean, spacious. There is enough room for you to set up what you need and not feel cramped or that you are tripping over the person setting up next to you. The folks I had the fortune to meet were just great! You can tell the community is welcoming and caring about their and your health and are just happy you showed up and did the work. IF you are in that area and looking for a great place to get a sweat on, I highly recommend!!!! Thanks team for a fantastic experience!!

First: The owner (Serena) wow she is extremely nice and cares for every member of the community she is not about business (like other gyms). I hurt my back and upon my return to the gym, she made sure every coach was aware about it and looked after me.
Second: The gym has tons of space. You will be able to do your workout in your own space and you will never be looking for extra equipment as there is plenty and more for everyone!
Third: Coaches are very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly and the most important thing is they are passionate for what they do
Finally, if you are looking for a place to make it your community then, this is the place to be. The community is very diverse, inclusive and you can be who you want to be and you will feel included and welcome since day one! -
