A2Z Auto Sales met all my expectations, and more.

A week ago I bought a 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer from the owner of A2Z in New Westminster B.C. His name is Matty. I am so glad I found this dealership. Mattie was a joy to deal with. He gave me an amazing deal on the Lancer, replaced the brake pads for me, and upgraded the warranty at no extra cost. Mattie is one of the friendliest people I've met. I will definitely buy another used car from him when the time comes.

One thing I loved about him and his salespeople (I was talking to Sam) is that they don't pressure you with the typical car dealership pressure tactics. When I told him I needed to think about it, and come back later that day, he didn't pressure me to make my decision on the spot.

I bought a 2006 Honda CR-V from Matty almost a month ago. The purchasing and registration process was smooth and Matty had been nothing but helpful the whole time. The car runs like a dream despite having some minor pre-existing issues due to its age (easily fixable), it is certainly worth every penny.

This business is what it says in the title, a used car lot; fantastic choice when looking for a reliable and cheap vehicle, but probably no place for one to be overly demanding.

Any criticisms you may ask? The fuel tank is almost empty when I left your lot, and the oil on the dipstick is pitch black. Let's not even talk about the filter at this point. Despite the fantastic service and friendly attitude, some friends and I agreed this should be basic decency. (You can argue you run a small business and you are short-staffed, but I have to be honest and remove one star here, sorry)

All and all, come here with a VERY clear idea of what you want and the knowledge that some of these cars may need further maintenance. Otherwise, definitely recommend.
