I’ve always felt self-conscious to put my hair up (even in to a pony tail!) because there were obvious gaps and it looked like I was balding. I’ve used hair fibres as fillers in the past but it was not feasible to do that in everyday life. I chose Karbena as Tara, the owner, made me feel hopeful that we could achieve thicker-looking hair. She made me feel comfortable during the entire process and was attentive to detail (checking in during the process, asking thorough questions about areas I felt needed more attention, etc). The results after two treatments is astounding! Not only does my hair look fuller, I feel more confident! Thank you Tara! SMP is seriously a game changer!
