Didn't want to take my money until HE knew the order had come in exactly as I needed it to (custom window) and provided me with CONSTANT text updates on the status of it. The price was better than ALL of the "competition" around - who couldn't promise the right product and wanted 50% deposit up front anyway. I'll be bringing my business back to Ed and ensuring I tell as many people as I can about the outstanding service I received. Thanks Ed!
