(May 24, 2022, 2:38 am)I booked in advance for a bridal party and paid a deposit to secure our spot. they were running behind didn’t even acknowledge, or apologize for this. We started 20 minutes late, and then they rushed through the nails of the entire bridal group in order to accommodate the next guests. The service was lovely and salon clean; just a disappointing and frustrating experience that lacked customer service! i wouldn’t depend on them if you’re tight on time, but otherwise was a pleasant experience
