He even approached us without prompting close to our closing date with a better mortgage offer. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some mortgage assistance, much better than dealing with a single bank!

Buying a home for the first time and the mortgage process can be daunting but they made my experience as stress free as possible. Even after the whole process was complete on their end I was able to call or email Kevin anytime and he would get back to me right away with any help or information I needed. I find mortgages/ renewals quite stressful with all the paperwork etc. It’s been such a relief to have such a great team on our side. They are confident in what they do, organized, and very approachable, which helps makes a potentially stressful process even enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Oake mortgage to anyone needing a mortgage.
