(August 3, 2016, 9:41 pm)We contacted DC Tel to add a Phone to our system , They gave us some very sound advice to change our system , now we have a great new system at less cost than it was to upgrade our old system and it is half the cost to run it as well very pleased , then they helped us add a new in office communication system

Paul is a great person and always looks out for the customers interest first. We could use more people in this business like Paul Moffatt. I appreciate his open honest "do the best we can" approach. The same as us. I highly recommend working with Paul and his business.

DC Tel staff have proven themselves to be true professionals at all times. They are knowledgeable, efficient, customer-focused and courteous. Staff have gone out of their way to provide us with individualized service. to meet our unique requirements. There has been occasions when technical staff have availed themselves to meet our company's urgent requirements outside of normal business hours. This type of service and business relationship is refreshing to find and appreciated.
We use DC Tel because they continue to demonstrate customer service is foremost; they respond quickly and efficiently; and continue to prove themselves trustworthy and conscientious. I would definitely recommend Direct Connect Communications to others.
