(June 14, 2020, 6:27 pm)Naz in the Customer Service Department and the Receptionist was very helpful when I brought over my broken door handle to her. She told me to take some photos of it and email her. I did just that and before the end of the day - she replied back saying the handle was covered by warranty! I had the new one picked up the same day as well. Speedy and great customer service by Naz!

(November 7, 2018, 1:52 am)Contacted their customer service department to ask where we could buy a setscrew that was missing from one component of a bathroom hardware set. The company mailed us two setscrews, right size and finish, at no charge and the pieces arrived in only a couple of days. Very responsive and good customer service.
