Today Dustin Nguyen came to the house to take his precise measurements. We are looking forward to the new windows and doors knowing they will be exactly what we want and need. Technicians like Dustin exude the professionalism and confidence to make your company proud.

After writing a critical review, a representative from Renewal by Anderson promptly reached out to my family and I for follow up. They provided an update for the replacement parts for the patio door and explained the reason for delay (relating to the global supply chain issues and order times). We were provided with a fair timeline and I am confident Renewal by Anderson will have the issue with the sliding patio door resolved. The reach out and update is greatly appreciated.

Andersen windows are simply the best we could find, and the composite frames are so much more substantial than vinyl. Everything is solid and fits very well and I expect them to outlast anything else we could have afforded. They are quite a bit more than vinyl, but worth every dollar. Instead of checking my windows every year with concern over how they are holding up, I expect that I will just pass them and smile, like I am doing now. They are just that good.

The sales agent Michelle and the installation supervisor, Dustin were excellent! Service so far has been great. Dustin came by to do the final measurements and answered all our questions. Can't wait to get my windows installed. I will update the review when I get my windows installed in january. Windows are great. Old house is much warmer. So many compliments from people! I now have windows that open. Corey came for an after service check up to make sure everything was ok. He made sure we were happy with our windows. We have wanted new windows on our 1949 house for over 30 years. Well worth the wait! Highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

Just had the patio door and windows installed and am obsessed! Gorgeous! They took a lot longer to arrive than we originally thought but so worth the wait. The team was fantastic from sales to install to follow up. Recommend!
