Tons of knowledge was gained while attending sessions, which in return helped speed the recovery of my injury in a way that I could understand.
I would recommend trying Get Active Rehabilitation if you are in the need of professional assistance for pains or injuries. They will give you an honest opinion on if this treatment centre is the right one for you. -

His holistic approach helped me with my acute pain in my back that just disappeared after a session. Sunny does a performs very precise assesment to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad that I had chance to get a treatment. I highly recommend visiting "Get Active", it's worth to invest in your health.

He ensured a custom workout routine was in place based on what I was looking to get out of my training services. Sunny always made sure i had the correct technique prior to starting any new physical activity. Within 3 weeks I was seeing results in my back(my focus area), more definition, and my posture was starting to improve as I have always been a sloucher. Sunny would mix up my routine to ensure I was always being challenged. Thanks to Sunny's personal training service, I was able to kick-start a positive lifestyle change and become a healthier version of myself.
