    Emma Lea FarmsπŸ“πŸ«πŸ‘πŸ₯•

This farm is very close to my home and is very famous for providing a good place in summer.
Speaking of the history of this farm called Emma Lea Farm, it has to be traced back to 1885. Joseph Tamboline, an immigrant from Italy, bought this farm and wanted to use it as a family farm. The guests provided many healthy and environmentally friendly foods, and it has been open to DIY picking for more than 30 years.
At the same time, I will give you some tips for picking fruits: First, you must bring your own container, preferably in barrels. For those who pick a large amount of picking, a small truck will be provided on the farm. Remember to wear a hat and apply sunscreen, because picking berries is usually the hottest time of the year, so take adequate precautions when exposed to the sun. Also, this farm only accepts cash and debit cards, not credit cards. In addition, in order to ensure the safety of food, pets cannot be brought in. If you have time, why not visit here, you will surely return with a rich harvest

Each time we have visited Emma Lea Farms, it's been a wonderful getaway from the city! As you cross the oneway bridge onto Westham Island, you know you're going somewhere special.

Upon arriving at the property, there is plenty of parking. Each time we have visited (for strawberry picking and the pumpkin patch), our interactions with their staff team have been friendly and helpful as we navigated the farm-grounds, market, which has great products from their farm and the lower mainland, and ice cream shoppe. Furthermore, their Instagram account was swift in responding to my direct message inquiry. An active/responsive social media account is a HUGE plus in my books!

Whether it is for berry picking, their market, or a visit, Emma Lea farms is a lovely getaway in a beautiful environment that will make you want to keep coming back all-year-round!

Great berry picking place, the prices are often reasonable, it's a great location with a small playground and places to sit down and eat some berries too. There's a lot of rows for berry picking, and this place is often busy, which does cause a slight issue with parking, but the berries are worth the wait for parking spots.

We went twice to get strawberries and blueberries. There were lots of berries to be picked and the site is very organized. Plus the berries were delicious.
