(April 21, 2022, 3:53 am)Yusuf is INSANE-ly good at his job. At the end of closing a deal to sell our home, he said "I love my job because my success is dependant on my clients' sucess". In a world where everyone is cutthroat competitive and blindly following the crowd to get somewhere, building meaningful connections while also doing business is rare. Our experience with Yusuf was amazing. He made selling and buying homes look so easy. He showed us that he truly cares about his client's satisfaction. Definitely recommend Yusuf. You will not go wrong if you choose him as your agent.

(April 20, 2022, 5:48 am)Yusuf is phenomenal. Not only is he a delight to work with but he is also incredibly professional and goes above and beyond to satisfy the needs of his clients. The 1st time we worked with Yusuf, we were first time home buyers and this was during Covid-19 & we lived in another province. He made the entire process so transparent, showed us videos,etc and was super helpful in explaining everything to us. 2nd time around, he worked very hard and sold our home at an unexpected price which blew our mind (literally the highest selling price within 10km radius). He also helped us find and purchase another home that was more suitable for our needs in a very timely fashion. He truly lives his motto, which is *building trust before business*. I can say from 1st hand experience that it has been an amazingly pleasant experience working with him. If you're looking for a realtor that you can trust and who will answer every single questions of yours, Yusuf is your guy. Highly recommend 👌🏽

Yusuf was very responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. Yusuf even went the extra mile to reach out to strata about a pre-approval for my dog once I decided I wanted to make an offer. He made my experience as a first time home buyer simple and enjoyable!
