The price is very reasonable and the quality of the finished product was perfect. There was so much flexibility to what they can do and they have many textiles and fabrics to choose from. Overall, Softworks exceeded every expectation of mine and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new loveseat, sofa or sectional.

The furniture is custom made so we could pick all sorts of customizations. We purchased a queen sleeper sofa and had a custom made matching storage ottoman made so that it functions like a chaise. Easily the most comfortable sofa we say on in a week of sofa shopping. And best, it's all Canadian made, in house. It's really nice to be able to support a local business. Delivery was also efficient and hassle-free. THANK YOU!!
