Scooter City

My husbands Fortress 1700 dt broke down. We called Scooter City, he was thinking of purchasing an electric wheelchair instead. He spoke to Christine, she was very knowledgeable and had John bring out 3 different wheelchairs. John didnt try to sell him anything, instead he listened to my husbands needs and after realizing he actually need a scooter for all the driving he does, he suggested bringing our scooter in to take a look at it. The next day they let us know what the problem was, fixed it at a fair price and brought it back to us. His scooter works great. Thank you Scooter City. Wouldnt go anywhere else for my husbands scooter needs. Thank you Christine and John, you all are the best.

Well I do not know how often this can be said. But if you need great service, reliable equipment and a friendly face. Assuming of course, that you want a mobility scooter or wheelchair type service. After dealing numerous times over several years. Scooter City, still goes above and beyond to provide your needs. Thinking Scooter, think SCOOTER CITY. Great people. Yes even that guy in the back that keeps my scooters running..

We were taking care of uncle's need for mobility and he lives on the sunshine coast, which was going to make it awkward (we thought).

Their attentive manner and obvious expertise resulted in uncle happily rolling around with the freedom to move that is so important to him...he is the envy of the scooter group where he lives as he has the only blue one on the lot!

I will be referring directly to Scooter City when the need for mobility comes up in future as we all seem to be getting older and older!

I believe we have found the best in the mobility business in the area.

Superb service and value for money . I rented a scooter for a week from Scooter City for a friend visiting from the UK. Delivery was exactly as scheduled, as was pickup, and when a fault occurred, they immediately scheduled a replacement. TOP TOP service. Kudos to Pam and team.
