As first-time homebuyers my husband and I weren’t too sure what to expect, but Reza made the process as stress-free as can be. He has a deep knowledge of the local market and excellent foresight; he took the time to understand what we were looking for, and took our needs and wants into full consideration while also broadening our scope in ways that still aligned with our priorities. And most importantly, he’s kind and genuine. He’s incredibly supportive, yet tells it like it is - we truly felt we had an ally we could trust, and throughout the whole process he worked to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our decisions. I also found that by the time I found the right place it was often too late as the house would already sell well over asking even before I could get an offer in. Reza did a masterful job identifying my home needs, providing a solution and being diligent in finding the home I had been looking for ! Beyond that he is extremely professional yet personable, 10/10 would recommend you to find a home through Reza. It won’t be the only time you’ll deal with him!
