(May 2, 2021, 9:08 pm)I am very satisfied with the service I received here! The staff was helpful, provided me with boxes and packed my items for me in a way to help save shipping costs. I appreciate them looking out and providing service based on the customer's point of view.
I do not speak much Korean and was fretting over how I can get my point across with my basic Korean if there isn't staff who can speak English well. (It's Lougheed and essentially a Korean company so I understand how English may not be a priority) That worry was easily resolved as the lady at the reception, upon hearing I speak English, asked for another staff to come and attend to me.
Lastly, the price point to ship to Korea is really affordable and way less than I expected. Even though I received a discount because of an ongoing promotion, I am sure the original price to ship would be less than Canada Post, and you (and your shipment) will be taken care of better at Hanmipost! Thank you Hanmipost! -

(December 16, 2020, 5:18 am)The place I used to use was closed for a while, so I tried it for the first time, but it is so kind. The cost was cheaper than the place I used to use, and it was almost half the price because I used it at events.
It was very easy and convenient because I could also apply online♥
