(April 16, 2021, 5:53 pm)When GFL missed the pickup for my block for 2 weeks, I decided to give their office a call. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. She apologized and sent a pickup my way within 2 hours!
After reading all the negative reviews, I think people should contact them instead of just leaving a negative review when your pickup is missed. Maybe a new driver is on the route, and they would like to be told where they need to improve! Let's give people the benefit of the doubt before assuming the worst!
