(May 27, 2017, 7:03 am)This is probably the most infamous of all the buildings on the Riverview lands. It is being used as a film set Most of the lower windows have been replaced with plexiglass to keep out vandals. The front portico is falling apart and plants are sprouting on the balcony. It is interesting to visit, but it is hard to imagine it is cost effective to rehabilitate it.
