(August 11, 2020, 4:21 pm)I have been with Dr. Totounchian since she opened her private practice at careview clinic. I would not trade her in for anyone. She has been professional, supportive, and compassionate. Many times she has gone the extra mile with me as a person with disabilities and now a senior.
The front staff have also always been kind, and supportive, even when they have been extremely busy.
Thank you to both Dr. Totounchian and staff, especially during the pandemic.

Whatever one thinks of the clinic support staff has no relation to how good the doctor is in my opinion.
Personally I do not have any bad experience with the support staff. I have to say that staff at her previous location seemed exceptionally caring and at the current location they appear busy.
