Staff is very friendly and organized. Clinic always feels like a welcoming and clean environment. The receptionist Hannah is wonderful to deal with. My therapist Dylan was extremely helpful and informative, will definitely be returning!

Each and every one of those five stars belongs to Anthony, the wonderful RMT at this location (Austin Ave). Whenever I meet an RMT for the first time, I am slightly nervous as you never know whether their technique and approach will be a good fit.

Luckily for me, Anthony quickly put my mind at ease and dispelled any apprehensions I had. He is always professional, courteous, and prompt (he has never once been late to start a session!). He practices open communication and quickly adjusts his technique and pressure based on how you react. He is clearly passionate and extremely knowledgeable (I don't think there is a muscle group he hasn't named) about his profession and that has translated into some great massage therapy sessions. Highly Recommended.

I have been going to Austin Ave Physiotherapy clinic on and off for two years now. I have had two total knee replacements. My physiotherapist has been Dylan Baggott. I think he is absolutely awesome. He is well educated in his field. Dylan takes the time to explain the treatment for each appointment and has the patience to listen to any concerns. He gives great encouragement when and how one is progressing with treatment. Dylan is a very busy therapist within the clinic and I sometimes think he could use a little help.

All in all, I would definitely recommend Dylan and all his staff at the clinic to any one seeking therapy for any reason.

By far the most friendliest staff I've dealt with. In comparison to a place I used a while ago in Langley. Aside from customer service the knowledge with how to treat is greatly noticed here. I have been treated very well and highly recommend using PT health here on austin.

Dylan is the best! He is attentive and caring, understands your injuries well and is so knowledgeable. He is great at relaying information in a way that you will understand. He also sings along to the radio music which will make you laugh, even when you have dry needling done. Front desk staff have always been pleasant and accommodating. I sent my mom here and recommend to all my friends!
