William is a very helpful and professional advisor. VS offered me great deals in rental and leasing, and definitely the best in town!

William was amazing, he helped me a lot, I used to have a leasing car in Canada, but I went back to China last year due to Covid19, he helped me finish many issues of my car and returned it BMW with no extra fees except the remaining lease payments which is amazing. He is a man with high efficiency, when I have questions, he replies so quickly.

Excellent staff who are professional and humble! Excellent jump start service!

Due to Covid-19, I hadn't used my old car for half a year, William from VSdrive came to my house several times to help me jump start the car since the battery was almost dead. Later William also helped me exchanging the car battery with a great deal.

Due to the fact that I don't drive my own car in the winter, I found this rental place. Have rented two cars and they were both taken good care of. Friendly and professional stuffs have made my experience here such a joy. They complete a full inspection on every car they offer. Very helpful customer service and reasonable price. They even give discounts when you are doing a long-term rental. If I ever need a loaner again, I will only deal with VSdrive.

Had a great experience with VSdrive, very nice and friendly workers that are willing to explain everything well and in detailed and answered all my questions. Professional and good service that definitely put the costumer in their priority! Had a look at many of the cars and they were all very clean and looks brand new, which means they must pay a lot of attention to detail which is awesome. If you are looking for a place to rent a car no matter long term or short term I def recommend this place :D very satisfied.
